and effortless.
Question: How do I start a Java Joe's Fundraiser?
Answer: To start a traditional brochure fundraiser, simply click the "Get Started" button and fill out the form. To start a virtual fundraiser, just download our free App on the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts. You can choose to do both brochure and App fundraising at the same time, too!
Question: Can you tell me more about the App-based virtual fundraising option?
Answer: Java Joe’s Fundraising App makes running a fundraiser simple and stress-free.
With just a few taps, you can download the App, schedule your fundraising dates, and
share your event with your group. Each seller has the ability to create their own personalized “coffee shop,” which they can easily share with family and friends across the
country. Supporters can place orders online and have them shipped directly to their homes
within 4–5 days, making participation quick and convenient. The App also comes packed
with powerful tools, including a profit calculator, a leaderboard to track top sellers, and
personal messaging features to keep your team motivated. Your organization will raise
40% profit on every sale, and once your fundraiser wraps up, Java Joe’s Fundraising will
handle the rest—mailing your profit check within 3–5 weeks.
Question: Can my supporters make a donation instead of buying anything?
Answer: Yes! The App features a donation option - it's easy!
How much profit will I receive?
Answer: Your organization will earn 40% profit on our entire product line; this includes
Virtual Fundraisers as well.
Question: How long should I run my fundraiser?
Answer: The ideal duration for a brochure fundraiser is typically 2 to 3 weeks. This provides
enough time for participants to gather orders without losing momentum. However, the
length of your fundraiser can be customized to meet your group's specific needs. Virtual
Fundraisers often run for 7-10 days.
Question: How do I place my group order?
Answer: Use our Tally Sheet to compile your orders. Go to Group Order Entry, select sort alphabetically and enter your total quantity for each item. You will be emailed a discount code to enter to receive your group pricing, an order confirmation immediately and an invoice within 1 business day.
Question: Do I have to place a minimum amount to order?
Answer: No, there are never any minimum order requirements! We stand behind our
quality products and believe your sellers will not have a problem selling MORE than they
anticipated!
Question: Are there shipping and handling charges for my order?
Answer: Shipping and handling charges depend on the size of the order. For group
(brochure) orders the shipping rate is calculated based on current UPS rates. There is free
shipping for orders of 150 or more products. Virtual fundraising rates are based on
standard USPS and UPS with free shipping on orders over $249.00
Question: How do I pay my group/brochure invoice?
Answer: If your order is shipping to a school, payment is due 7 days after delivery of your
order. If your order is shipping elsewhere, payment must be submitted prior to order
processing. Checks can be mailed to Java Joe’s Fundraising, 2392 NW 67th St, Boca Raton,
FL 33496 or paid by credit card (3% processing fee).
Question: Do you offer a pre-sort option?
Answer: Yes, if your order has 300 or more items, you are eligible for our pre-sort option,
where we separate orders by seller for easy distribution. You will need to fill out and return
our tally sheet immediately to avoid a delay in the processing of your order. Please email to customerservice@javajoesfundraising.org or call 1-877-341-2332, ext. 2.
Question: How long does it take to receive my items once my order is placed?
Answer: You will receive your group order approximately 2- 3 weeks after your order is
released. Once your items ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Virtual fundraisers orders ship to your supporters within 4-5 business days.
Question: Do you offer any incentives for our sellers?
Answer: Yes, we offer all brochure fundraisers a variety of incentives to motivate and
reward your sellers. Prizes include selling 10-24 items choose from a squishy ball or bike
light, sell 25-49 and receive a Java Joe’s draw string bag, sell 50-99 and receive a pair of
wireless headphones, sell 100 items or more and receive a blue tooth speaker.
